Slow Looking for Wellness

Join us for a guided slow-looking experiences focused on mindfulness, relaxation, and reflection. Participants will engage with artworks through intentional looking practices, followed by optional time for discussion and processing. Led by Janna Byrd, the Weatherspoon’s exhibitions and events coordinator, who holds a master’s degree in counseling. Registration is required and space is limited.
