Saturday, Oct 11, 10:00AM - 5:00PM

You’re invited to enjoy Creative Greensboro’s Neighborhood Arts in a free, interactive art crawl that brings to life the themes of the Fighters for Freedom exhibition. Experience community-based creativity across the city during this unique opportunity to connect with local artists and their work.

Art crawl hosted by Neighborhood Arts artists at three sites:

10-11am: Kings Forest Park with Sunny Gravely-Foushee.
11:30am-12:30pm: Glenwood crosswalk mural at the intersection of Neal and Haywood streets with Tamra Hunt.
1-4pm: Weatherspoon Art Museum to visit the Fighters for Freedom exhibition.
4:30-6pm: Random Woods Park basketball court mural with Emilio Marz.

Visitors can drive to the art crawl sites or register for free bus transportation. All events are free and open to the public. The sites will be available and open to the public outside of the activation hours. Feel free to visit them on your own!

Presented in collaboration with Creative Greensboro, the city’s office of arts and culture, and Greensboro Parks and Recreation.
