Slow Looking for Wellness

Join us for a guided slow-looking experience focused on mindfulness, relaxation, and reflection. Participants will engage with artwork through intentional looking practices, followed by optional time for discussion and processing. Led by Janna Byrd, the Weatherspoon’s exhibitions and events coordinator, who holds a master’s degree in counseling. Registration is required, and space is limited. Please register using this link.
