Sound Bath Experience with Refuge Healing Studio
Join us in the exhibition Of Salt and Spirit for a gentle, restorative experience designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and deep rest. Participants will be guided into a comfortable resting position while immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
The session may begin with light breathwork or guided meditation to help participants settle into the space before transitioning into an extended period of sound and rest. No prior experience is necessary, and the practice is accessible to individuals of all levels and abilities.
The intention of the experience is to create an environment that encourages relaxation, mindfulness, and restoration. Participants remain fully clothed and are invited to rest comfortably on a yoga mat or seated position throughout the session. Space is limited and registration is required.
This offering is educational and wellness-focused in nature and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
