Slow Looking for Wellness

Join us for a guided slow looking experience focused on mindfulness, relaxation, and reflection. Participants will engage with a small selection of artworks in the exhibition On the Horizon through intentional looking practices, followed by optional time for discussion and processing.

Led by Janna Byrd, Weatherspoon Exhibitions and Events Coordinator, who holds a master’s degree in counseling, this program offers a calm, supportive space for slowing down and connecting with art.
