Peter Toland Jr.

Peter Toland Jr. serves the museum as a Visitor Services and Security Associate. He is a 2023 graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, NC, where he obtained a bachelor’s in liberal arts, with a concentration in Applied Cultural Thought. He currently is a graduate student pursuing a higher level of education in the field of Humanitarian Action and Human Rights. As an undergraduate, Peter studied music education then changed his major to Visual Art and Design. During that time, he developed an interest in the arts which drove him to seek employment at the Weatherspoon. Peter’s goal is to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, security, and customer service in order to make every visitor’s experience valuable here.
