Loring handles the museum’s marketing and communications, from publicity and advertising to website, publications, and strategic messaging. He has been part of the Weatherspoon for twenty years and now also leads communications for the new Jeanne Tannenbaum Center for Creative Practice. Along the way, he has worked in magazine publishing, commercial photography, and digital imaging, and ran his own PR and marketing firm. With a background in English literature and business, Loring brings both creativity and strategy to his work, always focused on making connections that resonate with people. He especially enjoys projects that blend design, storytelling, and community engagement. Outside of work, Loring loves cooking, photography, illustration, and product design — as well as exploring ideas for a book series he’s developing.
