Shahzia Sikander takes classical Indo-Persian miniature painting as her basis, but expands the genre through various forms of new media. Join Chanchal Dadlani, Associate Professor of Art History, Wake Forest University, and Elaine Gustafson, Curator of Collections, as they discuss the religious, cultural, and contemporary contexts of Sikander's video installation Disruption as Rapture.
