Looking for a different way to slow down this summer? Drop by WAM for a sampling of mini-mindfulness practices, including guided meditation, walking meditation, and mindful looking. Programs take place in the museum galleries and include both seated and walking practices. Beginners welcome.
This is a drop-in event, no registration required.
Fridays: June 7, July 5, and September 6.
No class August 2.
